Street Lighting Maintenance Electrician
Welwyn Garden City
The role:
* To carry out electrical maintenance duties - replace, repair and maintain all lighting assets
* To diagnose and repair fault of equipment and networks
* To test and inspect electrical installation
* To accurately complete all associated paperwork and electronic forms
* To ensure company vehicles and plant are maintained in good working order and are clean and tidy
* To ensure that all works are adequately protected and the safety of the workforce, public and vehicles are maintained at all times
* To adhere fully to Health &Safety responsibilities
* To be available for unsociable hours callouts (two weeks per month)
The person:
* City & Guilds 17th edition qualification and previous street lighting experience is essential
* IPAF certificate
* G39 ticket
*Able to work on own initiative as well as within a team with a proactive, flexible, can-do attitude
* Must have full UK driving licence
