My client a leading logistics company with fifty years experience in the haulage industry and one of the country's leading providers of Ambient, Chilled and Frozen logistics solutions is looking for a transport administrator to assist them with the daily operations in their Dublin Depot by being a point of contact for their customers.
The role will include but is not limited to:
* Checking manifests
* Contacting and responding to Customer queries by phone and email
* Adding new jobs and allocating the correct trailer numbers to drivers
* Charging customers for transport costs
* Working with various high profile clients to ensure their deliveries are made on time and are correct
* Pallet Tracing and Tracking
The successful candidate will be professional, highly organised and customer focused with a great attention to detail. Preferably having worked in a similar capacity or in a role that has encompassed customer service. You should have a good knowledgeof computer systems (ideally ERP systems of some type) as well as good Microsoft Office skills in order to be able to completethe tasks assigned to you.
This role is based in Dublin 24 and is a full time permanent position.
