Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading travel company based in Chester who,due to growth, are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.
As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with key decision makers.
If you haveprevious experience within a telesales, sales, business development, outbound sales background and are wanting to join a rapidlyexpanding company who offer excellent rewards, then send your CV in for immediate consideration!
THE ROLE:
* As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities
* Speaking with key decision makers, fully qualifying each lead
* Consulting them on the range of services on offer
* Negotiating contracts before closingthe sale
* Using the CRM in order to update and maintain a pipeline
* Communicate progress to your manager via weekly updates and monthly reviews
* Working towards set targets and KPI's
* Complete other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within a telesales, sales, business development, outbound sales position is essential
* Previous background within the travel or holiday industry would be highly advantageous
* Eager to achieve and generate new business
* Evidence of exceeding targets
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at one time
* Strong communication skills
* Highattention to detail
* Commercial acumen
