Thisleading Travel Technology company are seeking new additions to its reservations team to work remotely as a full time Business Travel Consultant.
As a Reservation Consultant, you will be working as part of a dedicated team using your language skills toprovide a high touch service to German speaking clients.
DUTIES:
* Assisting travelers with personalised travel supportbefore, during and after travel.
* Assisting with basic cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car and rail bookings.
* Provide accurate and detailed fare information for hotel, flight, car and rail bookings, as needed.
* Ensure traveler requests are responded to within SLA requirements by comfortably navigating between chat and phone systems and our online travel tool.
* Follow company, client and vendor procedures and policies while providing the highest level service to our travelers
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* 3+ years of travel industry experience
* Working knowledge of a GDS system (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus)
* Fluency in German and English
* Ability to multitask with a desire to resolve urgent matters as quickly andefficiently as possible.
* A skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
* A team player who thrives in collaborating, giving and receiving feedback and lifting others up
* An interest in travel with a basic understanding ofworld geography
THE PACKAGE:
* A basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000 (subject to experience) along with excellent company benefits, company training and development scheme.
* Fully homeworking
