Description:

Are you a CRM & Database Manager looking for an amazing opportunity with an award-winning client based in Southwest London? This role will be responsible for the maintenance, evolution, and development of any CRM application, both consumer and trade. The position will be the second level focal point for escalation of any userissue or incident on any CRM application that come from IT Support, Sales & Marketing Automation support and other user helpdesk functions.
Job description:
* Collect, analyze, and document with the appropriate level of detail any change request, business and functional requirements received by Business referents
* Manage the CRM system backlog and prioritize development requests based on their business value and budget availability
* Ensure any system implementation is properly documented and fully functional
* Oversee any development testing and coordinate the user acceptance sign-off prior to their release in production* Participate to the make/buy decision making process for new functionalities development.
* The position will work in closecollaboration with both the Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Ecommerce teams and will cooperate with the Business Automation Tech Lead to ensure business priorities are harmonized across systems, development capacity is maximized and time to market agreed deadlines are respected.
The position will monitor any existing CRM application to ensure:
* That is working correctly
* That is interfaced correctly with any other system
* That its performances are acceptable and not degrading over time
Skills Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related discipline.
Years of experience: 3+ in a similar role in Software Engineering / Information Technology or related area
* Discuss, understand, and document business requirements
* Implement technical solutions that can fulfill business requirements with an innovative and proactive approach using third party vendors
* Prototype and detail solutions and interfaces
* Implement solutions and interfaces, where needed
* Directly code part or the whole solution, if necessary
* Maintaining application and testing documentation
* Responsible for solution's deploy and user training
* Required/preferred programming language skills: SQL, PHP, Python, C#
The Package:
* Starting salary of £45,000 - £65,000
* Hybrid working
