Flight Reservations Specialist required for busy luxury tour operator. You will play a vital part of the team making sure all Flights are secured for luxury tour packages.
Job Requirements:
* Action all incoming calls intimely manner
* Provide excellent customer service to all clients by listening to client's
* To efficiently perform all administrative duties associated with the role
* Responsible for selling flights Worldwide using GDS-Amadeus
Skills Required:
*Have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate
* A good understanding of air fares
* Excellent time managementskills
* The ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
The Package:
* Starting salary of £18,000 - £20,000* Plus, company benefits
