Do you have experience ofworking within corporate travel and are looking for a fresh and exciting new challenge? I am currently recruiting for a prestigious Corporate Travel company, based in the Windsor area who are looking for an experienced Business Travel or Groups Consultantto join their established team. This company is a leading independent corporate travel company who are seeking an experienced corporate travel consultant to manage the air and rail itineraries, including ticketing for their events team, this will also involve both group and individual travel. JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Responsible for managing the travel logistics for a whole event from beginning to end
*Booking ticketing, re-issuing, invoicing and reconciliation of rail and air itineraries around the globe
*Dealing with group travel as well as individual travel
*Liaising with clients, maintaining excellent relationships
*Follow crisis management procedure as required and assist affected travellers accordingly.
*Utilising Excel for detailing costings
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are seeking someone with previous business travel experience and solid GDS knowledge ie Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre, you will be keen to take a different direction in the corporate travel world. If you have experience of booking travel for groups or events on a GDS this would be a great opportunity for you too to push your travel career to the next level and open up new opportunities with this amazing and ever-expanding company.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary is dependent on experience and in the region of £23000 - £29000 plus you will also be entitled to some fantastic company benefits plus company bonus! This could suit someone living in the Berkshire/Middlesex/Surrey area who are keen to use their skills but move away from the London commute!
