Description:
The International Sales Manager will report directly to the Marketing & Digital Director and will drive sales revenue through a portfolio of existing B2B customers and develop new business and routes to market.
The Job:
* Develop and implement aGlobal Sales Action Plan to grow overall sales and revenue in the B2B segment, including new revenue opportunities and routes to market.
* Identify, plan, and agree participation in global B2B trade shows, events, and trips as relevant and necessary, utilising existing B2B partnerships to gain maximum exposure and achieve measurable conversion.
* Follow-up on all prospect sales enquiries within a reasonable timeframe and measure reasons for non-conversion.
* Benchmark inside and outside the categoryand formalize market knowledge
* Work with existing B2B resellers to ensure delivery of global business against set revenue and volume targets and maintain effective relationships with all current accounts.
* In conjunction with the Marketing and Digital team, deliver a plan to ensure right level of exposure on partners websites, challenge our ranking and referencing in key trade websites or other media
* Manage, co-ordinate and host all relevant queries from the client including necessary familiarisation trips, taster days and prospect client visits but also administrative follow up.
* Maintain robust and accurate reportingprocesses
Skills Required:
* Minimum 5 years of proven track record of enterprise-level direct sales expertise witha proven ability to managing online connectivity.
* Knowledge of online marketplaces and/ or enterprise software solutions isan asset
* Customer-centric with extensive experience in ROI driven and competitive categories.
* Strong understanding of value selling sales methodology.
* Able to think outside the box and with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, and cross-country teams.
* Strong taste for the tourism market and ability to benchmark inside and outside the category is expected
The Package:
* Full-time - permanent contract
* Salary: £50,000 -£65,000 per year + company pension scheme
