This successful and established luxury travel company is seeking an experienced LuxuryTravel Planner with solid knowledge of worldwide destinations and a proven background of dealing with the UK agent market to join their busy team and work remotely. Slightly different from a typical travel sales role, this position also offers the opportunity to be involved on a daily basis with the product team.

The Travel Planner will be:
* Expected to deliver Sales across the Company's product range, meeting & exceeding Sales and Margin and KPI targets set on a monthly & quarterly basis.
* Ensure that all new and previous clients are offered the highest level of customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
* Responsible for managing the whole client experience from initial enquiry to when your clients return home.
* Building and nurturing strongrelationships with agents
* Use first-hand knowledge Worldwide destinations to assist with the development of the destinationand to foster strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
* Responsible for adherence to company Sales policies fortheir sales.
* Responsible for management of the customer experience for their own sales, jointly with the Sales and ProductManager where appropriate.
* Expected to work continuously to identify improvements in Company processes.
Requirements:
* Experience within a luxury tour operator is key.
* Strong knowledge of destinations within Europe, Caribbean, Indian Ocean and the Middle East is ideal
* Experience in selling to agents is essential.
* An experienced travel consultant lookingto progress their travel career and grow within the company long term.
* Strong work ethic with impeccable customer service skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
