Description:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive for a Maternity Cover contract with a leading Travel Company in Southwest London.



Job Description

* Implement the marketing plan, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and activities are delivered on budget with a solid ROI.
* Creation and implementation of brand guidelines that need to be embedded across the whole company - from internal staff to external customers.
* Responsibility to ensure the brand, tone of voice, style and visual identity is consistent across all products, vehicles, services, online and offlinemarketing channels, customer service, shops, and internal communications. Additionally ensuring that all information of our products and services are accurate and up to date.
* Liaise with the Director of E-commerce to integrate the brand guidelines in online strategies, including design and content, ensuring they are cohesive with the rest of the marketing plan.
* Brief and manage media and creatives (internal designer and external agencies) to create compelling integrated off-line campaigns, using exceptional creative in key media sites to attract the target audiences.
* Engage and implement PR activity according to the marketing plan.
* Liaise with advertising agencies and media owners to suitably promote our products.
* Seek opportunities and lead activity to generate additional revenue and new business (for example advertising space on our buses and coaches)
* Instigate and manage customer and staff insights, carrying out primary research, gathering feedback and analysing data to inform the business on improvements to our business.
* Creation and implementation of an internal communications plan to inform and involve the wide array of stakeholders and staff across the business at multi-sites.
* Working directly with other directors to create and lead on the marketing for our new and exciting new business developments.
* Develop and lead on a crisis communicationstrategy.
* Manage marketing budget and external agencies and partners where required.
* Complete ad hoc duties as requested* Liaise with industry marketing partners and stakeholders to ensure partnerships are maximised



Skills Required:* A strong track record in branding and marketing in a travel/tourism consumer or service environment with a full range of strategic and tactical marketing skills, both on and offline.
* Significant knowledge of targeting overseas audiences.
* Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering high impact, innovative marketing campaigns for both new products and new audiences.
* Proven project management and problem-solving skills. A high level of determination and drive with the ability to plan andimplement high quality projects.
* Experience of writing and editing copy with exceptional editorial and proofing skills andattention to detail.
* Possess a high standard of time and budget management skills with experience of working to tight deadlines and delivering high quality work under pressure and within budget.
* Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to act with confidence at senior levels as well as street-level staff. Able to communicate effectively in all mediums and present material succinctly.
