We are looking for a Marketing and PR executive to join our client who are based in Southwest London. Our client isrefining the vacation rental industry, they represent and work together with a curated selection of 85,000+ properties in over 700 destinations across the globe, delivering exceptional travel experience to property owners and their guests.
THE JOB:
The Marketing & PR Executive will produce, improve, and evaluate creative and promotional campaigns according to trends and customer requirements while at the same time manage the relationships between their company and external parties. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the 'art' of marketing and be a creative and analytical thinker. Through your strong analytical skills, you will be able to promote their products, services, and corporate image and be able to build efficient strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing
* Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
* Develop content and strategy for marketing campaigns
* Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes ofmarketing campaign for key accounts, properties, and destinations.
* Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
* Produce content and copywriting
* Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
* Support the communications strategy of the company (Media Relations, Direct Marketing, Photography Collateral Production, Advertising)
* Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
* Initiate and control surveys to assess and evaluate customer and partners experience.
* Liaise with marketing professionals to ensure consistency in promoting the corporate image
PR
* Devise creative public relations strategies that fit the companyprofile
* Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics
* Organize and coordinate PR activities
* Set up strategies and campaigns to promote the core services and products of the company
* Arrange for interviews or public speaking events and construct press releases
* Advise the company on handling sensitive public issues to preserve the reputation* Assess opportunities for sponsorships and other partnerships and manage relations
* Analyse results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports
* Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, press, TV etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events
* Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
* Use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximize company exposure
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
* Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
* Thorough knowledge ofstrategic planning principles and marketing best practices
* Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
* 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
* A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical and commercial solutions
* Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
* Strong E-Commerce & Social Media platforms skills
* Ability to read and analyse Web analytics and statistics (Google Analytics, Social Media Statistics)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Excellent communication and people skills
