We have an exciting new opportunity for a Product Operations Executive working for a well-established Travel company based in London.
Job Duties:
* Ownership of UK Hotel offer contracting
* Creatingand maintaining all product briefs, ensuring all changes are communicated internally
* Ensure all contracts for experts and suppliers are full executed
* Maintain all internal product schedules
* Be the main point of contact for sales teams on all product queries
* Carry out product training with the sales team as required
* Prepare briefs for, and liaise with, expert speakers and tour staff
* Take ownership over a small portfolio of packages for creation and negotiation
* Support Head of Product & Commercial in all areas of product & commercial
Skills Required:
* 2 years' operations experience at a cruise / tour operator.
* Impeccable organisation and administration skills.
* Ability to multitask, accurate, keen desire to meet strict deadlines.
* Independent, dedicated, self-starter, flexible.
The Package:
Salary £25,000 - £28,000
* Baseworking hours: 37.5 hours/ week covering Monday - Friday. There will be times when you may be required to work additional hoursand so a flexible attitude is vital.
* Working from home is possible but one day in our London Office would be preferable, Covid-19 permitting.
