Description:
We are a well known tour operator looking for an immediate start for a full time Rail Operations Executive required to join our Rail department.
Job Description Hightlights
⦁Printing Eurostar tickets.- Knowledge of Elgar/Galileo system an added advantage
⦁Preparing tour packages on daily basis
⦁Sending daily reports to the suppliers
⦁Making hotel reservation for the overnight tours
⦁Requesting seat allocation from different rail companies
⦁Resolving any operational issues as & when it comes
⦁Sending daily sales report to management
⦁Doing departures with early start in the morning
⦁Monitoring sales and train tickets allocations
⦁Sending closeouts to agents for dates we are completely sold
⦁Updating product notes on system due to increase in price
⦁Assisting with complaints received from the client/agents
⦁Dealing with Eurostar seat requests, allocations & amendments on regular basis as per the deadline
Hours of Work
You would be required to work minimum 40 hours per week (overtime as & when needed as well as working on weekends).
