An exciting opportunity has arisen to joinour Specialist Rail Department. The role has plenty of scope to grow and develop in a friendly, dynamic team environment whichis highly motivated and professional.
The Job:
⦁Booking groups and individuals for our key accounts on SwissScenic Trains, Swiss Travel System products, Eurostar and Continental Rail using Galileo and inhouse systems
⦁Sales, Ticketing and Invoicing
⦁Credit Control
⦁Training of sales staff and key accounts in product knowledge and ticketing
⦁Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Experience/Skills Required:
⦁Previous experience in rail industry is an advantage
⦁Experience in account management
⦁Excellent customer service skills⦁Excellent English language skills
