My client a well-established, reputable Tour Operator is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their team, due to growth of the business. As a Sales Support Executive you will be dealing with post booking enquiries and providing an excellent customer service to the travel trade. This is a great move for someone who is already working for a Tour Operator or Travel Agency, with previous experience in a similar sales support, operations or back-office role. JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Dealing with changes to bookings and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer queries regarding products and services quickly and efficiently
* Dealing with queries from trade partners
* Upselling products
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Experience in dealing with both customers and suppliers
* Goodlong-haul geographical knowledge
* A minimum of 1 year's previous travel industry experience within the UK
* Previous experience Customer Service experience
* Previous experience of using Airline Reservations Systems preferred.
THE PACKAGE & HOURS:
* An attractive package of £23,000 plus bonuses.
* Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5.30pm (a day off in lieu when working a Saturday).
* 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days for long service
* Plus 1 additionalpaid day's holiday for your birthday
