Do you have experience leading / supervising a team withinthe Travel Industry? Do you have meeting / exceeding individual and teams targets?
A Luxury Company who specialises in highend / bespoke villa holidays are looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor to join their team in Lodnon.
The role:
* Meet your own Sales targets, conversion targets and customer satisfaction scores, via inbound and outbound sales
* Develop a portfolio of new and repeat customers, including generating inbound leads
* Identify key clients and establish a robust process for key client account management
* Work closely with Head of Sales to deliver team performance and exceptional levels of service atall times
* Support the team and act as point of escalation in the absence of Head of Sales
* Handle customer issues as andwhen needed
* Be an example to the team and instil energy, motivation, focus and a sense of urgency
* Input into overall sales process and suggest improvements
* Work collaboratively with teams across the company
* KPIs: Revenue, Profit, Unit sales, Conversion rates, NPS, Team motivation
The person:
* Successful experience of 3+ years as Supervisor in premium or private travel (preferred)
* Demonstrated history of generating sales and meeting targets
* Commercially minded with a strong focus on both sales results & customer
* satisfaction
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Impeccablyorganised and accurate in execution
* Team player
* Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule which includes weekends
* Fluency in one or more European language (an advantage)
The Package / Working Hours:
A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience) plus excellent commission earnings
Working hours - Monday - Friday (9-6) with some Saturdays.Interested?
