We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Team Leader working for a well-established Travel company based in London.
Job Details:
* Responsible for the recruitment, training, management and motivation of the Sales team to meet business objectives whilst delivering the highest standards of service and information at the point of sale
* Responsible for regularly reporting on and analysing data relating to the key performance indicators for the team in order to raise service levels for internal and external customers in line with business objectives
* Responsible for ensuring the sales consultants are achieving performance targets whilst delivering high standards of customer care
* Responsible for ensuring the salesteam are generating a consistent sales pipeline and converting leads into sales
* Responsible for ensuring that all bookingsare correct and complete before passing over to the Customer Operations Team in line with agreed timescales
* Working closelywith the Sales and Operations Manager and department team leaders, to ensure additional pre-departure information is used to addvalue to the customers' experience and maximise revenue
* Responsible for managing and training your team on all distributionchannels and booking systems used in generating and confirming sales
* Working closely with the Sales and Operations managerand department team leaders to learn and troubleshoot all booking systems
Skills required:
* Proven people management experience
* Sales and target driven
* A passion for winter sports
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Goodorganisation, numerical skills & self-motivated
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel & Word
* Attentionto detail
* Flexibility
The Package:
* OTE of £36,000
* Hybrid working
