Purpose:
Our Senior After Sales Consultants take full responsibility for all post booking related issues while having an active influence in other aspects of the delivery to the customer in a consultative capacity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
*To deal with schedule changes received from airlines via a CRS (Worldspan/Sabre)
⦁To answer all calls in a courteous and professional manner within the departmental standards.
⦁To deal with all telephone and email queries post reservation and general queries.
⦁To amend or cancel reservations as a result of incoming enquiries. To include amending dates, upgrading tickets, route changes, name changes, refunds and seat/meal requests
⦁To amend hotel, car hire and transfer reservations
⦁To action ETA's (visa's), API's, Mobility Forms within set timeframes
⦁To work to set targets and ensure efficient customer care handling.
⦁Abilityto make decisions in a pressurised environment.
⦁Computer Literate - to be able to use a variety of applications - GDS(Worldspan/Sabre),JETS,Outlook and possibly word/excel.
⦁To assist with any other departments where necessary.
The Package:
My client is offering a competitive salary package between £18,000 - £22,000 along with bonuses.
