Are you an all-round great BusinessDevelopment Manager, with a proven record bringing on new business?
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join a fast-growing online accommodation platform, based in Central London.
The Job:
* You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and converting a strong new business pipeline in order to meet and exceed targets* As an all-round sales expert, you will maximise every opportunity as well as sourcing new clients through outbound sales activities to include lead sourcing, fresh pitches both face to face and over the telephone
* You will be required to attend industry events and be an ambassador for the company
Requirements:
* Fantastic all-round sales experience
* Minimum of 5 years Business Development/Sales Account Manager experience
* Knowledge of the Accommodation Agency / Rental industry (desirable)* Track record of development new business partnerships
* Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
* Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
* Immaculate presentation
* Ability to meet and accede targets
* Someone who workswell under pressure and able to offer exceptional customer service to clients at all times
* Travel / Hospitality experience desirable
Package:
Monday - Friday (9 - 5.30pm) with someone out of hours work (attending events etc)
Salary, £35,000 - £45,000 (dependant on experience) + company bonus / pension
