Description:
Senior Graphic Designer required for a growingtravel company based in the Swindon area of Wiltshire, you will be designing and creating artwork to meet specific marketing orpromotional needs. You will have the ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and support the business graphically for commercial benefit and brand awareness.
THE JOB:
*Conceptualise creative solutions
*Staying up to date with industry trends
*Presenting finalised ideas and concepts
*Collaborate with Head of UX to define and implement innovative solutions for digital direction, visuals and experience
*Switching seamlessly between print and digital projects as well as UI/UX
*Production of creative, engaging and original ideas that connect with specified target audiences
*Events branding
*Work with sales, other internal departments and business partners to support their needs
*Working closely with the Managing Directorsto create presentations
*Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Provendesign experience within a creative agency and in-house environment
*Must be able to demonstrate understanding of web, rich media and interactive design and user-centred design
*A portfolio showcasing curiosity and proficiency across a range of designdisciplines
*Demonstrable UI and UX design skills
*Must be able to produce outstanding design within set timeframes and mentorjunior members of team
*Designing across both digital and print on a daily basis
*To be able to take full responsibility forthe full project lifecycle
*To have understanding and experience of print processes
*Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite*Passionate, motivated and extremely creative
*High levels of attention to detail
*Must be resilient and flexible in approachto work
*Highly organized with ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
*Happy and open to receiving feedback
*Comfortable expressing ideas and brainstorm not just with creatives but all senior management
Desirable
*BA (Hons) in Digital design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or similar
*Familiar with CSS/HTML languages
THE PACKAGE:
There isa fantastic basic salary in the region of £35000 - £40000 which is dependent on experience plus some excellent company benefitswhich include company bonus, pension contribution and medical benefits.
