We are now exclusively recruiting for an experienced Travel Sales Team Leader with an established and wellrespected international company based in the south east.
This is a leading premium travel company and destination specialistproviding unique, innovative and inspiring experiences for affluent individuals, couples, families and groups in the most amazing destinations. Creating unique travel experiences, tailored to personal desires. You must have a Sales background and be passionate about travel, potentially already dealing with High Net Worth Clients
This is a great opportunity for an experienced travel sales consultant ready to progress their career in the travel industry. You will have experience of selling in the premiumtravel market with good knowledge of destinations and delivering a high level of customer service.

* Ensure client experience and interaction of the highest quality
* Youwill have a proactive attitude and approach
* Recognise high value new business opportunities
* Account planning and customer relationship management
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout
* Booking transfers, chauffeur, restaurants and excursions
* Liaising with Travel Agents/clients and assisting with any requirement/issues
* Office based with hybrid option for the right person.
THE PERSON
* Must have experience of outbound travel sales experience
* Led a team of travel sales consultants
* Excellent destination knowledge, European or globally an advantage
* Be working in the premium travel sector, or with a good experience and passion for travelling
* Ensure clients' requirements are exceeded, at every opportunity
* You should also be articulate, professional, comfortable with customer engagement
* Proven experience in a competitive Sales team exceeding targets in an outbound environment
* Must be based in the UK, ideally within commuting distance to London
