Lookingto recruit a positive, friendly and results-driven individual to join our Tailor-Made Reservations Team. You will be part of aglobally recognised, award-winning tour operator, providing the best holidays in Asia and South America. Building relationshipswith clients and travel agents .Training will be provided so that you will fast become a destination expert.
The Job:
*Building tailor-made holidays for direct clients and through travel agents
*Providing customer service via live chat and email
*Chasing up existing enquiries
*Upselling to customer to maximise revenue
*Advising customers on extensions and stopovers
*Converting bookings
*Working with suppliers and DMCs to create the ideal itineraries for our clients
*Working with agents and clients and building rapport to support the brand
Skills Required:
*Strong commercial awareness and a keen interest in travel
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
*Strict attention to detail
*Ability to multitask whilst working to tight deadlines
*Ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods
*A positive can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
*Passion for working in a team
*Hunger to deliver top quality results

The Package:
*A competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 plus commission (OTE first year £30,000)
