Amazing opportunity to work within the Reservations Department for a leading Tour Operator in London. You will be part of a team in dealing with efficient call handling and processing of Trade Reservations.
The Job:
*Efficient handling of trade phone calls*Dealing with incoming reservations emails, responding & actioning items in a timely manner
*Resolving minor problems
*Close communication with relevant departments in the Office
*Liaison with London documentation department
*Running and processing of general reports as assigned by the Team Leader
*Interaction with EU Sales & Marketing teams
*General administrationSkills Required:
*Educated to GCSE level or higher
*2-3 years' experience in the Sales Environment. Preference for luxury and/or travel knowledge
*Excellent English verbal and writing skills
*Competent telephone skills
*Microsoft office
*Good Customer Service
*Verbal and written communication skills
*Organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
*Work independentlyand be self-motivated
*Be an effective resource in a team environment
*Provide knowledgeable, courteous and efficient service*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Passionate and loyal
The Package:
*Basic salary of £25,000 plus commission/bonus
