I am seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join a reputable, established independent Travel Agencybase in Suffolk. My client has several branches across the UK and a loyal clientele built up over many years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Consultant with excellent customer service and a passion for travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
* Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
* Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
* Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays
* Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
* Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.
* Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer serviceSKILLS REQUIRED:
* A minimum of 1 relevant experience in a travel agency environment
* Passionate about travel and customer service
* Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude
THE PACKAGE:
The salary is highly competitive,in the region of £17,000 - £18,000 (full time equivalent) dependent on experience, plus bonuses with an OTE of circa £24,000HOURS:
You will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week on a rota between Monday - Saturday: 09.00am - 5.00pmINTERESTED?
