We are lookingfor an enthusiastic, motivated Travel and Events Consultant to join one of the most innovative companies in the high-end business sector, Based in Clapham.
Our client brings some of the biggest international media events to life and setting up high-endtravel itineraries, working with some of the biggest brands and most iconic names in the world.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Booking all aspects of travel for a range of corporate, leisure and event travel.
* Assisting team with visa and entry requirementenquiries.
* Working across a range of clients, including a range of FTSE 100 corporations, to High-Net-Worth individuals.
*Delivering great customer service and maintaining an 'above and beyond' attitude.
* Being aware of travel budgets for corporate clients and ensuring cost effective solutions are always provided, whilst adhering to policies.
* Process all associated administrative tasks and adhering to financial process internally.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar, travel-based role.
* Working knowledge of Sabre
* Ideally experience booking corporate and eventtravel, as well as leisure/ personal trips.
* Ideally experience with visas and entry requirements etc.
* Good knowledge ofindustry suppliers, destinations, and hotels
* Excellent time management and organisational skills must be able to multitask and prioritise where necessary.
* Quick learning, able to adapt to new and an ever-changing travel environment.
* Strong workethic and team player attitude, with strong independent initiative.
* Excellent attention to detail and cross-checking skills.
THE PACKAGE:
* Offering a salary package between £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
* Plus, bonus / commission with an averageOTE between £35K - £40K
* Office based role, Mon to Fi 9am - 5pm
