We are looking for anenthusiastic, motivated Travel Experience Designer to join our client who are based in South West London. Our client are the Pioneers of premium All-inclusive holidays with over 70 resorts across the world, including Luxury Villas & Chalets and cruiseships.

THE ROLE:

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and for commission-based rewards. Our client provides regular training as well as FAM trip visits to familiarise staff with the resorts. Our client ensures thatstaff are well trained and kept up to date with internal systems and booking tools. You will deal with various departments within the company such as transport, customer relations and trade.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Welcome new and returning clients onthe phone with a friendly, approachable, and helpful manner.
* Create a personalised and lasting relationship with the client,by proactively supporting them throughout the enquiry or sale.
* Ensure customer follow-up and satisfaction.
* Establish and understand the expectations and needs of the client from the first interaction.
* Create a tailor-made trip for the client based on their needs.
* Provide excellent up to date knowledge of the company's resorts and destinations.
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with travel agents and deal with their requests by phone or email.



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Previous experience in a Travel sales or Travel consultant role.
* Ski knowledge is highly desirable.
* Fluency inboth written and spoken English is essential
* Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
* Passionate about travel* Education: minimum A level or equivalent
* Team player
* Self-motivated and well organised all-rounder

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Good communication skills and customer care skills (especially over the phone)
* Clear and friendly telephone voice* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
* Self-motivated individual, persistent and demanding, open-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit and will be part of a team.

THE PACKAGE AND BENEFITS:



* The salary package is £23,000 plus commission - possibility to earn up to 30% of yearly salary
* This is either a Hybrid working or fully Remote role
* 30% of office commute costs reimbursed each month
