UP TO £32,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
We are now exclusively recruiting for an experienced Travel Sales Team Leader with an established and well respected international company based inthe south east.
This is a leading premium travel company and destination specialist providing unique, innovative and inspiring experiences for affluent individuals, couples, families and groups in the most amazing destinations. Creating unique travel experiences, tailored to personal desires. You must have a Sales background and be passionate about travel, potentially already managing HNW Clients
This is a great opportunity for an experienced travel sales consultant, travel specialist, destination specialist, ready to progress their career to a more senior opportunity in the travel industry. You will have experience of sellingin the premium travel market with good knowledge of destinations and delivering a high level of customer service.
TRAVEL SALES TEAM LEADER
* Offering the best service and travel solutions
* Ensure client experience and interaction of the highestquality
* You will have a proactive attitude and approach
* Recognise high value new business opportunities
* Account planning and customer relationship management
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout
* Booking transfers, chauffeur, restaurants and excursions
* Liaising with Travel Agents/clients and assisting with any requirement/issues
* Officebased with hybrid option for the right person.
THE PERSON
* Must have experience of premium travel sales
* Led a teamof travel sales consultants
* Excellent destination knowledge, European, Asia etc an advantage
* Be working in the premium travel sector, or with a good experience and passion for travelling
* Ensure clients' requirements are exceeded, at every opportunity
* You should also be articulate, professional, comfortable with customer engagement
* Proven experience in a competitive Sales team exceeding targets in an outbound environment
* Must be based in the UK, ideally within commutable distance to London
