ACCOUNT MANAGER/ MERCHANDISER FASHION
Ealing, London
UP TO £28,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITSMy client a successful manufacturers and wholesalers of Women's high street fashion is looking to recruit an Account Managerto look after existing account.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 year's experience working for a fashion supplier and supporting the Director, working to the critical path, ensuring maximum sales are achieved from each account, working totight deadlines, liaising with the Design and Technical team
About the Fashion Account Manager Role:
* Work with the internal teams and customers
* Communicate with all styles through from development till production
* arranging sales appointments along with conducting sales appointments, liaising with UK high street retail buyers
* Raise PO's and Critical Path management till delivery
* Manage the Sample development process with the factories, co-ordinating samples/ swatches with the customers and work through the approval process with the buyers
* Following up after customer meetings - i.e., photographing garments, making copies of prints etc
* Be able to build key working relationships, both internally and externally across all levels* Being readily available to answer customer emails / phone calls
* Creating reports on potential sales, wholesale marketing* sales performance for all samples.
Skills & Experience for the Fashion Account Manager Role:
* Fashion Related degree an advantage
* Dealing with factory experience
*
* At least 2 year's experience working for a fashion supplier Provide assistance to the team when required whilst being confident within an admin role
* The ideal candidate must have previouswholesale sales experience working for an established UK based fashion supplier at an assistant or junior account management level.
* You must be a proficient user of Excel/ Outlook and other Microsoft programmes.
* Efficient with good attention to detail
* Quick Learner
* Able to work independently, but also as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good Communication skills with customers, suppliers and colleagues (Team spirit)
* Able to effectively multi-task / priorities
* Confident in dealing with a variety of people & able to build good relation
