UP TO £24,000 BASIC SALARY

Get Recruited are currently working with a dynamic and well-established company based in Leeds, who operate successfully within an exciting and innovative sector. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Business Development Executive to join their sales team.
This rapidly expanding company has strong existing relationships with some of the most well-known household brands globally, and they are seeking motivated individuals from a telesales, sales, business development, outbound sales background to play a key part in their growth.

THE ROLE:
* As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities
* Speaking with key decision makers, fully qualifying each lead
* Consulting prospective clients on the range of services on offer
* Securing appointmentsfor a demonstration of the product to take place
* Using the CRM in order to update and maintain a pipeline
* Communicate progress to your manager via weekly updates and monthly reviews
* Working towards set targets and KPI's
* Complete other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within a telesales, sales, business development, outbound salesposition
* Knowledge of the publishing / media sector is desirable but not essential
* Eager to achieve and generate new business
* Evidence of exceeding targets
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at one time
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Commercial acumen
