THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of an established fashionable footwear brand. The business is now seeking an Email Marketing Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced company that pride themselves on offering affordable luxury products. This is the perfect role for a passionate, up and coming Email Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in the growth of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Liaising with key stakeholders to assist planning of emails, as well as considering seasonally relevant themes, external events and competitor activity.
* Maintain and manage email plan, ensuring it is customer-led
* Briefing the internal creative team to create effective customer emails that are in line with business objectives
* Applying segmentation techniques to ensure emails are targeted to the correct audience
* Develop a plan and carry out multi-variant testing
* Set up, review and proof email campaigns using relevant management tools and email marketing platform
* Improve key performance metrics through analysis and monitoring of email marketing campaigns
* Assist with the planning and implementation of social mediacontent
* Manage community accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest
* Assist in the development of the automated eCRM plan
* Carry out competitor reviews to establish most effective strategy
* Assist Digital Marketing Manager with wider activities across digital marketing channels
THE PERSON:
* 2+ years of relevant professional experience
* Handson experience building effective email campaigns and managing large email lists within a B2C environment
* Experience using email service providers
* Strong academic background
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* The ability todeliver to tight deadlines
* Thrive in a culture of feedback - giving and receiving
* Passion for footwear and fashion
ABOUT THE BENEFITS:
* Up to £27,000 (dependant on experience)
* 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (flexible with hours)
