Our 0-5k running course is aimed at people with little or no running experience or those returning to running. At the end of the 8-week course, we would expect you to be able to complete a 5k run.
The course starts at 10am on Friday 13 September 2019 and ends on Friday 8 November 2019. Please note there is no session on Friday 25 October to take into account the local schools half term.
Upgrade to a Week Pass for an extra £20 and attend as many classes as you like in addition to your home class in order to compete your homework runs.
Missed classes can be caught up at another session in the same week by arrangement.
