The Bhuta Shuddhi ceremony enables the individual to cleanse the "five elements" (or phases of matter in the body: solid, liquid, gas, energy and space), for increased health and wellbeing.
This unique ceremony has been created by highly respected yogi, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev of Isha Foundation, to achieve what would otherwise require intense yogic practice. Once taught, it can be performed in just 10 minutes, as part of the daily morning practice, at home or away.
The price includes all necessary equipment and three months supply of materials.
