EVERY TUESDAY at 6:30pm-7:30pm the girls that brought you the first ever Clubbercise classes to the Midlands are still Glowing strong with their very exciting GLOW Classes!!!
All levels welcome, simple moves to max on results to all of the latest dance & club tracks!
Class is £5
Wear trainers and gym style clothing the brighter the better!
Please book in as places are limited and come weekly to get the best results and increase your fitness!
