Leeds Business Improvement District is offering employees of levy paying businesses the opportunity to address your workplace wellbeing with a refreshing way to destress.
Tai chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Originally developed as a martial art in China, tai chi is now practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise which reduces stress, improves posture, balance and general mobility and increases muscle strength.
This class is suitable for people of all abilities. If your place of work is not normally Central Square, please head to the reception desk a few minutes before the event start time.
Please note that the 26 July session will be held in the Piazza.
As an additional wellbeing benefit, you will be supporting Big Change Leeds by donating £2 per session (plus Eventbrite fee). Big Change is a non-profit organisation that connects local businesses, charities and people to co-ordinate and provide better help and support for vulnerable people on the streets of Leeds.
