After a hugely successful series of Motown Cruises during August 2018, we have now confirmed 2019's events for those that are planning ahead! The perfect summer attraction for get-togethers, and special occasions!
It's all Miracles and Wonders on the South Coast, as we pay our tribute to the Motor City and the best music genre ever made! The Live DJ will be mixing a little Smokey, Marvin, and Stevie, plus the Temptations, Four Tops and a whole host of class acts. A night of Supreme entertainment – signed, sealed, delivered!
The famous and accolade winning Maid of Poole provides the perfect vessel and takes to the sea in style on this party boat cruise. As we leave Poole Quay and away from our neighbours, the volume goes up and our guests can dance the night away. Disco lights will illuminate the boat as we cruise around the world’s second largest harbour, listening to nonstop Motown Hits.
Crown the evening off by watching the Poole Quay Fireworks display from the best seat in the house!
Itinerary
7pm - Guests to embark Maid of Poole on Poole Quay
7:15pm - Depart Poole Quay and take North Channel passing Parkstone Bay, Salterns & Royal Motor Yacht Club
7:40pm - Sweep past Brownsea Castle and then across to Millionaires Row, Sandbanks
7:45pm - If wind conditions are favourable, cruise out to World Heritage Site
8:20pm - Cruise around the back of the five islands within Poole Harbour
8:30pm - Sunset… Disco lights turned up
10pm - Poole Quay Fireworks display
10:15pm - Arrive back at Poole Quay
