Our client, a unique organisation in Worcestershire is looking for a Business Development Manager with a difference.
The post holder will hold a key position and will have overarching responsibility for business strategy, partnership management, generating of funds, and bid writing and management.
The role will be fast paced and will involve the writing of complex reports, grant proposals, and the successful candidate will also be presenting to internal and external audiences.
We are looking for a driven, proactive and passionate individual who wants to make a difference to people’s lives and displays a collaborative, helpful and high energy working style.
In addition the successful candidate will have first class writing skills and be a confident and clear communicator, with an ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Significant experience is desired, however candidates with some proven experience at a coordinator or executive level will be considered as long as there is demonstrable experience of winning business or raising funds.
