Desktop Engineer - Job Specification
Your role will be to upgrade existing laptops to Windows 10 and new laptops to Windows 10
You may be required to reinstall applications onto these laptops.
To be able to Fault Find as required
Good customer service skills are required as there will be an amount of hand over and training to the staff on how to use the devices
Trainingon how to do this will be provided by the current engineer - however we need someone ideally with Desktop Engineer experience and ideally Windows 10 laptop Deployment experience
