The Role
My client, based in Cavan, 20 minutes from Cavan Town, is seeking an experience Operations Supervisorto join their team. This is a full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of being made permanent and is fully based on-site.
As the Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth running of daily operations, and day-to-day administration duties.
Tasks & Duties
* Ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
* Resolving queries and issues.* Administration using MS Office Suite.
* Providing excellent customer service and being the main POC for all members and clients.
* Scheduling maintenance and liaising with third party vendors and suppliers.
* Ensuring the premises is clean, tidyand adheres to health & safety standards.
* Any ad-hoc duties.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in operations/facilities.
* Previous experience in customer service and administration.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).* Flexible - available to work weekends and commit to "on call" rota.
* Full, clean driving license with access to vehicle - this is essential.
* Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work on own initiative and as part ofa team.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights - this is essential.
