HOME BASED
UP TO £50,000 + BONUS + COMPANY CAR / CAR ALLOWANCE
Get Recruited are currently working with a market leading organisation who operate within the banking and financial services industry. Due to entering an exciting period of growth, they are now seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an Account Manager / Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Customer Account Manager or similarrole within Banking / Financial Services / Business Finance who is looking to join a fast-growing and highly reputable business.
As the Account Manager you will manage, develop and grow relationships with key banking clients whilst improving customer engagement and ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
THE ROLE:
* Acting as a first point of contact with your clients for all their interactions
* Responsible for managing and improving customer retention
* Developing new relationships and expanding business through existing clients
* Improving client satisfaction by understanding and addressing issues promptly
* Working closely with colleagues across other departments
THE PERSON:
* Experience in Account Manager / Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Customer Account Manager or similar role within Banking / Financial Services / Business Finance
* Stable career with a proven track record of achieving targets
* Target oriented with the ability to work towards deadlines and handle pressure
* IT literate with knowledge of using CRM systems
