Description:
My client, a well-established firm of Accountants, Tax Consultants & Financial Advisors, is looking for a part qualified or fully qualified accountant to join their team. This position is permanent and on-site, and would offer the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from small businesses to corporate entities. As a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant, you will have independence in client management and ample growth opportunities to become a team leader.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and accounting documents* Provide accurate bookkeeping services and ensure compliance with accounting standards
* Perform financial analysis and offervaluable insights to clients
* Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
* Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices
* Collaborate with colleagues and support junior team members
Requirements:
* Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
* Previous experience in an accountancy practice in Ireland.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
* Aspirations to grow and become a team leader
