FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Accounts Administrator to join our clients Finance Team in Co Monaghan. This is a 10 month Fixed Term Contract position.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Raising Invoices anddealing with initial sales enquiries
* Processing of supplier invoices for verification and payment
* Statement reconciliations
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Preparation of accounts payable reports
* Communication with Finance team regarding supplier statements and invoices that are due
* Ad hoc admin duties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Previous Accounts experience or experience in a similar position
* Accountancy Qualification desirable
* Good Organisational Skills with excellent eye for detail and accuracy
* Excellent IT Skills - Proficient use of Microsoft Excel/ Word
* Experience with accounting software
* Good communication and Time Management Skills
Salary will depend on experience for this position.
Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
