FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a leading milking machine distributor. This is a full-time permanent role.
My client has become one of Ireland's leading farm equipment supplier with strong business relationships with key dealers across Ireland. We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to meetthe growing demands of a progressive business
This role is full-time office based from just outside Athy in County Kildare and will involve managing the day to day accounts of a busy office.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Duties to include.
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Invoicing
* Bank Reconciliations
* Credit control
* Processing VAT returns
* Working with customs & hauliers
* Associated admin work
* Responding to telephone queries from customers
Candidate profile
* 3 to 4 years accounts experience.
* IATI qualified an advantage but not essential.
* Strong IT skills with experience in Word & Excel
* Sage experience an advantage but training will be given.
Salary35-40k DOE
