THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a market leading wholesaler based in Uttoxeter. After successful year on year growth, they're looking to hire an Accounts Clerk to join their growing finance team and work closely with the Head of Finance.
ACCOUNTS CLERK DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Ensure timely invoicing is completed within the deadlines set.
* Input and approval of stock invoices, matching to relevant orders and goods receipts
* Run enhanced processes to streamline invoicing
* Co-ordinate with department managers and clients
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Administration of the purchase ordering system
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Update check, amend VAT codes to invoices for accurate figures.
* Posting all outgoing paymentsmade through the bank.
ACCOUNTS CLERK DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
* Intermediate MS Excel
* SAP is desirable but not essential.* Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger, Invoice Clerk experience in a previous role
FOR THIS THE ACCOUNTS CLERK WILL RECEIVEA COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £27,000 BASE + BENEFITS
