FRS Recruitment have a excellent opportunity for a Part TimeAccounts Payable Administrator to join our construction client based in Carrickmacross Co Monaghan. Our client has many construction projects of varying scale across Ireland and the UK.
This will be a 32 hour week role - working days/hours to be agreed.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Processing of invoices for verification and payment
* Statement reconciliations
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Preparation of accounts payable reports
* Communication with Finance team regarding supplier statements and invoices that are due
* Preparation and submission of Intrastat returns
* Ad hoc admin duties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Accountancy Qualification desirable but not essential
* Previous Accounts experience or experience in a similarposition
* Good Organisational Skills with excellent eye for detail and accuracy
* Excellent IT Skills - Proficient use of Microsoft Excel/ Word
* Experience with accounting software
* Good communication and Time Management Skills
