Accounts Payable Assistant is required for an initial 3-month temporary contract position working for a leading global engineering company.
This position is starting in September and will continue through to December this year. Based in the Darlingtonoffice 2 days a week and working 3 days from home. Hourly pay rate £14.00 per hour (FTE £27,300 p.a.)
We are looking for anexperienced Accounts Payable Assistant who will:
* Manage internal corrections, credit notes and VAT only invoices.
* Complete manual matching.
* Escalate all nothing queries to personnel for resolution.
* Investigate and clear all aged invoicequeries.
* Communicate with internal and external customers - queries relating to supplier payments.
* Complete supplier statement reconciliations.
