THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with an established Engineering business, based in the Bicester area. They're looking to hire an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger clerk to join a busy Accounts team of 3 and report into the Financial Controller. The Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for;
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Processing, coding, posting and allocating of supplier invoices
* Supplier account reconciliations
* Assisting with purchase ledger queries
* Setting up suppliers
* Processing a high volume of invoices on a weekly / monthly basis
* Ad-hoc admin and Accounts tasks
* Setting up suppliers
* Supporting the Financial Controller with the month end process
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
* QuickBooks software experience
* Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience of 2 years
* Processing a high volume of invoices on a monthly basisFOR THIS THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £25,000 BASE + BENEFITS
