ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR
BOLTON
£26,000 - £30,000 + BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a leading local business based in Bolton. The company have gone through continued growth and are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the team. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will lead a team of 2 and report into the CFO.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR DUTIES:
* Analysing invoices for accuracy before processing
* Capturing and resolving issues preventing supplier payment.
* Reconciling supplier statements and following up on queries.
* Managing Key Stakeholders including budget holders
* Managing the purchase orders
*Weekly payment runs.
* Mentor and support a team of 2 purchase ledgers.
* Month end reporting tasks.
* Reporting into theCFO
* Any ad-hoc tasks or analysis as required.
* Assisting the central finance team when required.
* Assisting in creating and improving current processes.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR DESIRED EXPERIENCE
* Must have experience managing and processing purchase orders.
* ERP systems experience is beneficial.
* Intermediate MS Excel
* Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience of 3 years +
* Processing high volume / hi value invoices on a weekly basis
FOR THIS THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £30,000 BASE + BENEFITS
