Due to rapid growth across the Group,we are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our busy and highly regarded credit control and purchase ledger team.
Reporting into the Group AP/AR Manager, you will be responsible for credit limit reviews, over-trading reports, managing credit insurance, banking and allocations of cheques, processing BACS, ensuring customers pay within their agreed terms, chasing ledger payments and ensuring portals are reconciled.
From a purchase ledger perspective you will manage the aged creditor listing, ensureinvoices are received for direct debit payments, assist with coding and processing invoices and BACs and expense runs as well asmonth end process of ensuring all period related invoices are on the system.
