FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for our client in Castlecomer Co Kilkenny. This is a full time, permanent position with a fantastic company. The role offers hybrid working from home and flexible hours.
We are seeking a experienced Accounts Assistant or Accounts Technician with a hands on approach. The ideal candidate will work on their own initiative to make this role their own.
What will you be doing?
* Bank account reconciliations and daily cash flow management.
* Monthly reconciliation of credit cards.
* Process bi weekly payroll for upto 80 employees
* Work alongside external Accountant
* Assist with accounts preparation process with Accountant
* Debtor ledger management
*Reconciliation of Supplier Invoices to statements
* Month end tasks where required
* Perform admin and ad-hoc tasks as required to support Finance team
Skills and Experience:
* 5 Years experience in a similar role as Accounts Assistant
* Experience processing Payroll
* Organised with the ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to multitask and work towards set time-lines
