ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a growing IT service provider. My client has doubled in size over thelast 18 months, with continued growth plans over the next 3-5 years. They're looking to hire an Assistant Management Accountantto join a busy Finance team of 3 in the Pudsey office and report into the Finance Director.
ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTDUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Contribution to annual budgeting and planning process.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Credit card statement reconciliations.
* Quarterly VAT Returns;
* Provide assistance with purchase invoice queries and coding.
* Purchaseledger statement reconciliations and payments.
* Provide assistance with recurring revenue billing.
* Full credit control management including.
* Supervision of the accounts assistant.
* Maintaining customer satisfaction to the highest level.
* Reporting of non-conformance and continuous improvement via ConnectWise.
* Ensuring compliance systems and processes are maintained to a high standard and company meets the standards to which it is certified.
* Upholding the information security systempolicies and procedures and reporting any breaches to management.
ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT KEY EXPERIENCE:
* ACCAor CIMA part qualified or qualified
* Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience in a similar level Management Accountant role.* Experience in using Sage or ConnectWise
* Intermediate MS Excel
THE ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT SALARY IS UP TO £40,000 BASE + BENEFITS + STUDY
